I've been dipping my toes in making-market, I'm now knee-deep. I'm hoping to get out from staging to production in a week time.
I don't mind the small beta money, this is about playing not to lose.

Learn to enjoy managing properties?
I have a tainted history with property investment. The fact that it's that mainstream an investment vehicle on a retail level should have warned me, but I didn't know what I know now.
Finance aside, the most painful part about property is management. Humans and atoms tend not to be my strong suit. I just never enjoyed the process of managing properties.
I wonder if I'm thinking it wrong. What if there's a way to trick the mind into sensing hope and flow in the chore?
Maybe I've forgotten there's a light at the end of this tunnel. Maybe I've never considered exploring philosophical insights behind this endeavor.
